Fuel Injector Test

When the vehicle has difficulty in starting, acceleration and fuel consumption, etc, it is necessary to check the fuel injector.

Fuel Injector Cleaning

When the fuel injector is blocked, the fuel injection is not smooth. There are carbon deposits and thick sticky substance in the gap of the fuel injector. The designed fuel injection volume or atomization effect cannot be achieved, it needs to be cleaned.

1)Prepare a fuel injector cleaner pressurized can or a carburetor cleaner pressurized can(nozzle diameter of the pressurized cans: 4mm)

Adjustment of speaker wiring:

After the audio system is installed, put the test CD into the host first, and adjust the volume output to the appropriate position. Then follow the steps below.

-Step 1: Play section 1 and 2. Check if the left and right channels are reversed when connected.

-Step 2: Play section 3 and 4. Check whether the phase of the left and right channel speakers is correct.

-Place the front end of the phase meter (with a microphone in the instrument) close to the speaker under test, press the power switch of the phase meter, the green light flashes three times and the red light flashes once, indicating that the speaker output is positive phase. The green light flashes once and the red light flashes three times, indicating that the output is negative phase.

-If the phase is wrong, you can reverse the wiring at both ends of the speaker.

-The yellow light indicates that the battery of the phase meter is low, and the battery needs to be replaced.

New Upa-usb is the full set with all adapters, The main Device can be directly connected to the Elrasoft.com UUSP (UPA-USB Serial Programmer) or by an optional DB9 male / female 1:1 extension cable. It's equipped with an 40pin ZIF Socket for all narrow and wide DIP / DIL devices as well as with a 16 pin SOIC ZIF (150mil, narrow) socket to cover most commonly used devices.

Device configuration is done over special config keys which make the work convenient and safe compared to wiring up all manually.

Additional packages can be covered by commonly available Adapters plugged into the 40 pin ZIF socket.

Simply connect the mainboard to the UPA programmer directly or by using a DB9 male / female extension cable (1:1). Insert the correct config key into the slot of the mainboard and start programming either via the ZIF or SOIC Socket. You can also use the included DIL to 10pin Flat-ribbon header, put it inside the ZIF socket and wire up an SOIC clip or clamps for ISP use from there.

User can use multimeter to check output signal type. Use multimeter (20V measurement) to test the signal generator output, it output is about 5.8V, its output is Hall signal, if output is 0V, the output signal type is Magnetoelectric signal.

About Operating Power Supply Input: The operating power supply of that signal generator is 12VDC, user can use the 12V power supply for the Battery of the car, or user any other 12V regulated switching power supply or AC/DC power adapter.

About Signal Output GND. If use Hall signal output, signal output GND and the operating power supply GND are in common ground, if use the 12V operating power supply from the battery of the car, user only needs to connect Signal output positive wire.

If use magnetoelectric signal output, signal output GND and the operating power supply GND are NOT in common ground, user must correctly connect both the output signal positive wire and output signal negative GND wire, thus the signal generator can operate normally.
